Rental Policy – Visual Designs Event Decor, LLC

Reservations & Payments

- Reservations can be made online or by phone.

- A **50% deposit** is required to secure your rental items.

- Full payment must be completed **at least 10 days** before the event.

- We accept **credit cards, debit cards, and bank ACH transfers**. Please note there is up to a 3.0% service for all digital payments. This is not charge by Visual Desings Event Decor. Cash payments are not accepted.

Pricing & Rental Duration

- Rental prices cover **one-day usage** unless otherwise specified.

- Weekend rentals can be scheduled for pickup **Friday or Saturday 6 PM - 11:30 PM** for an additional charge. This is considered a special pickup and after-hours work.

- Extended rental periods are available upon request for an additional fee.

Delivery & Pick-Up

- Delivery is available within the 20 miles of Stone Mountain GA 30083 area for a flat fee of $120. Please call to discuss any distance outside of the radius of the above-mentioned location and venue location.  

- Standard delivery routes run **Thursday and Friday between 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM**.

- Pick-up routes run **Monday and Tuesday between 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM**.

- Customers must ensure items are **stacked and ready** for pick-up at the original drop-off location.

-  Customers or their representatives must be present during delivery and pick-up to sign off on delivery, pickup, and setup (if applicable) form.  Only 15-minute grace period will be given so that we stay one schedule with other deliveries. 

- 1st floor drop off only. Setups and multiple floor travel is an additional charge.

- Additional fees apply for **exact delivery or pick-up time requests**.

Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations made **at least 7 days** before the event will receive a **full refund**.

- Cancellations made **2-6 days** before the event will receive a **store credit** valid for one year.

- Cancellations made **within 24 hours** of the event are **non-refundable**.

- If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a **rain check** for the deposit amount will be issued, valid for one year.

Damages & Liability

- Customers are responsible for any **damaged or missing items**.

- A **replacement fee** will be charged for lost or damaged rentals.

- Visual Designs Event Decor, LLC is **not liable** for injuries or accidents related to rental items.
